Meet Our St. Albert Chiropractor

Dr. Sean Velenosi, D.C.

Dr. Sean Velenosi leads our St. Albert chiropractic clinic, focusing on functional rehabilitation with a patient-centered approach.

Located right off Highway 216 just north of Gervais Rd, you can find us inside Village Landing shopping centre beside Save-On-Foods. Lots of parking makes coming to your appointment easy.

Dr. Sean has always been fascinated with the mechanics of human motion. From a young age, his interests were focused on hockey and martial arts. In his teenage years, Dr. Sean began training seriously in Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts) and by the age of 19, he was a national fighting champion. He achieved a rank of 5th Dan (5th-degree black belt) in his early 20s. While training, Dr. Velenosi frequently taught martial arts and pursued a degree in education.

It was during his martial arts training that Dr. Sean experienced many injuries for which he sought chiropractic care. It was during these sessions that he decided to leave teaching for his true passion, chiropractic.

After graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2011, Dr. Sean has focused on the health and wellbeing of his patients, utilizing gentle force to promote patient motion and healing. Functional rehabilitation with a patient-centered approach that centers on overall patient health and satisfaction is the driving inspiration behind Dr. Sean’s chiropractic care. He looks forward to providing exceptional chiropractic care in Alberta through Divine Spine’s computerized treatment system.

“I was greeted nicely when I entered for my appointment. The space was clean and inviting. The bathroom was very nice also. Dr. Sean was polite and happy to answer my questions.”

However, we tend to x-ray the majority of the time, as it allows us to get an in-depth understanding of your spine and provide great personalized chiropractic care for you. There are certain patients who are not able to get x-rays (like pregnant patients).
